Café
Llorca, located on the first floor of the Grimaldi Forum Monaco,
replaces the former night club Karement. Aware of the importance
of offering delicious cuisine at reasonable prices, Chef Alain
Llorca, who holds two Michelin stars, established his restaurant
in the trend towards the "democratization" of gastronomy.

Appointed at the Grimaldi Forum Monaco
Françoise Rossi has been appointed Director of Sales
and Marketing of the Grimaldi Forum Monaco. Rossi is a 48-year-old
Monégasque with a Master's degree in private law and
a post-Master's diploma in company management. She is one
of the original members of the Grimaldi Forum Monaco's sales
team having joined in.

Antonio Ducceschi has just been appointed Area Director of
Sales & Marketing at the Fairmont Monte Carlo. Antonio
just spent 3 years with MPI in Luxembourg where he was Director
of Global Strategic Accounts. Ducceschi started his career
in Italy as an Hotel Management Trainee. He spent 3 years
in London with the Savoy Group.

Hôtel Hermitage completes a major renovation
Having completed a major renovation program this year, the "new"
Hôtel Hermitage is now a perfect marriage of classicism
and modernity. Several improvements, especially geared to hosting
groups, have been made to the Winter Garden. Guests will be

Plenary room following its recent renovation. Interior architect
and former collaborator of Philippe Starck, Tristan Auer was
named “one of the 10 best interior architects, stars

“I wanted to express a tailor-made decoration respecting
the site and the sea".
